5 Years - Together We Flourish

As we celebrate the dawn of our fifth academic year we spoke to a collection of those involved in the foundation of the school to gather their reflections and thoughts about what exactly makes a Shrewsbury education so special.

“Long meetings with the architectural team pepper my memories of pre-operation. Steered by a previously established set of guiding statements, the campus reflects an enviable early commitment to the experiences of its young inhabitants. First to recognisably arise from the dust of a busy worksite, the Auditorium continues to provoke a particularly emotive response from students, parents and staff alike. Now leading on strategic direction, school culture and student achievement, I consider myself extremely fortunate to be able to draw upon the support of an exceptionally talented group of colleagues in the knowledge that any glimmer of personal achievement has been built upon the kindness of others and the fortune of circumstance.” Ben Keeling, Founding Principal
