校董会
香港思贝礼国际学校遵循一套清晰且责任明确的管理体系，以确保学校达到最高的教育和领导标准。该体系的核心是学校主办团体（SSB），它对学校负有法律责任，并任命学校管理委员会（SMC）。
学校管理委员会负责校长的任命和领导工作，监督学校的战略方向，同时确保学校完全遵守《教育条例》。学校管理委员会与校长紧密合作，致力于营造一个安全、管理有序的环境，让学生能够茁壮成长并为未来做好准备。
校董会提供专业知识，支持学校管理委员会工作。这个顾问小组包括本地专业精英和英国思贝礼公学的代表。校董会每学期召开一次会议，提供全球视野和多元观点，增强学校在香港提供优质现代教育的能力。

凭借在数字通信和风险管理领域二十多年积累的广泛技能，Stephen 秉持全面的领导方式，积极且定期地与学校管理委员会的其他成员、外部咨询团队、教职员工、家长、学生和监管机构合作。

Bernard holds a deep and long-standing interest in education and understands that the provision of a high-quality schooling represents the very best investment a parent may choose to make on behalf of their child. Closely involved in the founding of our school here in Hong Kong, Bernard has previously served as the Council Chairman of Lingnan University and remain a Trustee Emeritus of Pomona College.

A Chartered Accountant and founding Governor of Shrewsbury International School Bangkok, David serves as an independent director of Asia Plus Group Holdings PCL, having previously acted as a Council Member of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and a member of the Stock Exchange Listing Committee.

A Business and Legal Studies graduate from University College Dublin, Gráinne is a partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial Department at Lanyon Bowdler LLP, specialising in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial work. Gráinne is also a member of the International Development Committee of the Shrewsbury School Board of Governors.
