校董會
香港思貝禮國際學校遵循一套清晰且責任明確的管理體系，以確保學校達到最高的教育和領導標準。該體系的核心是學校主辦團體（SSB），它對學校負有法律責任，並任命學校管理委員會（SMC）。
學校管理委員會負責校長的任命和領導工作，監督學校的戰略方向，同時確保學校完全遵守《教育條例》。學校管理委員會與校長緊密合作，致力於營造一個安全、管理有序的環境，讓學生能夠茁壯成長並為未來做好準備。
校董會提供專業知識，支持學校管理委員會工作。這個顧問小組包括本地專業精英和英國思貝禮公學的代表。校董會每學期召開一次會議，提供全球視野和多元觀點，增強學校在香港提供優質現代教育的能力。

憑藉在數字通信和風險管理領域二十多年積累的廣泛技能，Stephen 秉持全面的領導方式，積極且定期地與學校管理委員會的其他成員、外部諮詢團隊、教職員工、家長、學生和監管機構合作。

Bernard holds a deep and long-standing interest in education and understands that the provision of a high-quality schooling represents the very best investment a parent may choose to make on behalf of their child. Closely involved in the founding of our school here in Hong Kong, Bernard has previously served as the Council Chairman of Lingnan University and remain a Trustee Emeritus of Pomona College.

A Business and Legal Studies graduate from University College Dublin, Gráinne is a partner and head of the Corporate and Commercial Department at Lanyon Bowdler LLP, specialising in mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial work. Gráinne is also a member of the International Development Committee of the Shrewsbury School Board of Governors.
